My Journey
Two decades ago, I discovered the benefits of Reiki and meditation—practices that became pillars of my peace and wellbeing. As my journey deepened, I explored the power of holistic healing, including an increased focus on healthy living, Oracle cards, and the energy of crystals. These tools supported me through challenging times, but something was still holding me back.

From childhood into adulthood, I carried deep emotional ties to limiting beliefs shaped by past experiences—especially the impact of bullying, which followed me from school into the workforce. I longed for change, but I didn't yet realise that transformation begins from within.

I immersed myself in the teachings of Wayne Dyer, Gabrielle Bernstein, A Course in Miracles, and others, learning to shift my perspective. As Wayne Dyer said, “If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.” Slowly, I began to see that true healing required not just managing emotions, but releasing the patterns that kept me stuck.

 

​​With the guidance of a compassionate Life Coach—someone who saw my worth even when I couldn’t—I learned to embrace my self-value. Their kindness, support, and direction helped me reclaim my confidence, inspiring me to take a leap into life coaching.

Life Coaching: The Next Step 
Becoming a trauma-informed Life Coach through the Beautiful You Coaching Academy felt like a natural evolution of my journey. It gave me the skills to help others navigate their own healing, just as I had. Now, I combine life coaching with energy healing to support people in releasing emotional blocks, shifting perspectives, and stepping into their full potential.
